Our Leadership

JUSTINA DIMUDE | Director/Registered Manager

Justina Dimude has had a passion for looking after vulnerable people since teenage age, from taking care of her late grandma, to volunteering in children and young adult institution in Cambridge she gained Skill in Early Childhood Development, Special Educational Needs, and Pro-social Behaviour, as well as understanding the essential importance of safe guarding in ensuring safety within the environment. She started her career as a qualified nurse where she learned the importance of empathy, patience, and teamwork in caring for others. After which she ventured into her Msc in Leadership and management within the healthcare system.
She went on to work at a private Community Healthcare provider, and worked within the governance team, while also working at a prestige hospital in Cambridge where she looked after children with cancer that had also learning difficulties and mental difficulties (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) for a year, she transferred into Guys and St Thomas Hospital in other to specialise in transplant surgery, for both adult and children needing kidney, pancreas and dialysis. Shes currently doing a level 5 in CYP.
Recognising that the need to increase knowledge and gain experiences in management, worked in an establishment that looked after vulnerable adult in a care home, and also gained experience working with young vulnerable adult with mental health challenging needs, this experiences gained in working with young children has made me develop the interest in being a change in the healthcare force on how vulnerable young ones are and this brought on the vision for J&P Healthcare services.

PRECIOUS CHIDI | Director

Precious has a B.Sc in Biomedical, with a demonstrated history of working in the social care sector, for caring for young people with special needs and has developed skills in communicating , Safe- guarding, and Pro-social Behaviour, de-escalation and effective communication with service users. he has a passion to care for young people with special needs. He has also acquired invaluable experience in working with young people from different cultures and backgrounds. He is currently doing a level 5 diploma in health and social care management.
